Venture Model Validation Lead (Co-Founder Position)
Stuttgart, Germany · Remote only · Part-time
About this role
ABOUT
Prove a venture-building model with data. You own our testing program and its ~€280,000 dedicated budget: design and run the tests that validate our proprietary venture-buildingmodel and platform, track every KPI against predefined outcomes, and produce the data our model stands on
20 h/week, fully remote contract, $90K FTE benchmark.
The role
You are responsible for the outcomes of our dry run through the means of the testing program: a focused, ~€280,000-testing budget program whose job is to prove our proprietary venture-building model and venture building platform model outperform existing models by 10x. You design the tests, run them with our Network and Technology departments, and are accountable for the proof of the model by archieving specific predefined outcomes and demonstrate with data. You sit at the intersection of three departments: Technology builds the platform the program runs on, Network brings the people and partners onto it, and our research unit steers what gets built. You're the one who makes those three produce evidence together.
What you'll do
Own the testing program end-to-end: design test cases for the venture-building model and platform, spend money on them
Steer the ~€280,000 dedicated budget so every euro maps to a hypothesis, a predefined outcome and Network and Technology departments buget share
Monitor, measure, track, and report: the metrics and KPIs that show whether deployed funds are achieving the program's predefined outcomes
Design new test models for future versions of the venture-building model,
Turn every test into structured data that backs, corrects our internal model's assumptions and hypotheses
Coordinate across Technology, Network, and research
What success looks like
The model's predefined outcomes demonstrably achieved; a test-generated dataset that backs the internal model assumption by data from the programm; reporting an investor can read as proof, so we can raise seed funding.
What you bring
Program ownership & accountability for outcomes Own complex testing/validation programs end-to-end and take responsibility for whether they produce credible proof against predefined outcomes.
Experimental design & hypothesis-driven execution (Build–Measure–Learn) Turn assumptions into hypotheses, define test cases, set measurable success criteria, and define what evidence is required to validate/reject.
Measurement framework & KPI-driven decision-making Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, track outcomes consistently, and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions.
Budget ownership & ROI discipline Manage a substantial testing/innovation budget and ensure every spend is tied to a hypothesis, expected outcome, and measurable return.
Cross-functional leadership & partner coordination Coordinate Technology, Network, Research, and external partners effectively without relying on formal authority.
Program/project management excellence Manage dependencies, timelines, risks, resources, and reporting across multiple concurrent tests and workstreams.
Structured documentation & investor-ready communication Convert fragmented results into a consistent dataset/documentation, and communicate methodology, findings, limitations, and evidence credibly to founders/investors/senior stakeholders—while staying effective in ambiguity/iteration and in a remote setup (20h/week

Our mission is to build the capabilities humanity needs to solve systemic issues, starting by currently exploring whether the 0–1 phase of startup creation can be community-bootstrapped at ~10% of its current cost, and whether that infrastructure could become a coordination layer for the systemic problem-solving
