At iCORPOD, we are transforming how badminton players train, compete, and interact. Our technology digitalizes performance with advanced and precise metrics, making us the "Strava for Badminton." With our Smart-Tracker, players can analyze their training in detail and share their progress within a connected community.

After validating our MVP in the high-performance sector and generating sales, we are looking for a CTO with a strategic vision and strong technical skills to lead our technology development and scale the platform to the next level.

🎯 Your Role as CTO at iCORPODYou will be responsible for the technological vision, ensuring the development and growth of the platform from hardware to user experience.

🛠️ Technology & Product Development

• Supervise and program embedded firmware in C++, working closely with the sensor development company. You will be the bridge between both teams, optimizing energy efficiency and system stability.
• Lead the development of the new sensor, improving accuracy, autonomy, and connectivity to meet the highest quality standards and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop and integrate data analysis algorithms in collaboration with performance analysts to extract key metrics such as:
• Movement patterns and time on court
• Identification of effort and rest periods
• Points played, training load, and accumulated fatigue
• Heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) tracking for performance assessment
• Design and optimize BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication between the sensor and mobile app, ensuring a smooth and stable connection.

📱 App & Web Platform Development

• Develop and scale mobile applications (iOS and Android) to provide an intuitive and efficient user experience for metric visualization.
• Build the web platform for user management, permissions, subscriptions, and payments, enabling centralized control of the iCORPOD ecosystem.
• Implement the foundation of the social network, allowing players to:
• Share their performance data and progress
• Challenge other players in the community
• Receive feedback based on real data to improve training
• Develop cloud infrastructure to store and process large volumes of data.

📈 Strategy & Growth

• Define the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
• Scale the development team, recruiting key talent and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure seamless integration between hardware and software, guaranteeing a high-quality user experience.
• Explore emerging technologies such as machine learning for future performance analysis improvements.

🔎 Key RequirementsWe are looking for a CTO with experience in:

✔ Embedded firmware development (C/C++), with a focus on motion sensors and BLE.

✔ BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity and communication protocols between hardware and software.

✔ Mobile application development (iOS and Android) with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.

✔ Backend and cloud computing, with experience in Firebase, AWS, or GCP.

✔ Scalable databases and real-time data processing.

✔ Web platform development, integrating payments and subscriptions.

✔ Leading technical teams and defining scalable architectures.

✔ Start-up experience or developing products from scratch.

✔ Passion for sports and technology.
